    Julie Lennon discovered her love for music at the tender age of 8, teaching herself to play the guitar and sparking a lifelong passion for musical exploration. Her early interest in music quickly expanded to include piano and violin, allowing her to develop a versatile skill set across multiple instruments.

    Julie’s formal education in music includes extensive training in both Classical and Jazz Theory, which has enriched her understanding of musical structure and improvisation. Her dedication to her craft is reflected in her dynamic teaching approach, blending rigorous classical techniques with the spontaneity of jazz.

    As the owner and lead instructor at Ford Creek Music, Julie brings not only her expertise but also her enthusiasm for nurturing students’ growth. Her commitment to creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment ensures that every student, from beginners to advanced musicians, receives personalized attention and guidance.

  • Lacey L.

    Lacey Larson is a highly accomplished violinist with a distinguished career. She currently serves as the first violinist with the Ford Creek Philharmonic, where her technical prowess and expressive performances have earned her acclaim. In addition to her role with the Philharmonic, Lacey directs her church choir, where she combines her love for music with her passion for community engagement.

    Her teaching approach reflects her extensive performance experience, offering students a rich understanding of both the technical and emotional aspects of playing the violin. Lacey is dedicated to nurturing her students' skills while instilling a deep appreciation for music.

    Owen began learning piano at the age of 4. Owen played with he Ford Creek High School Orchestra. At college, he majored in piano. When not teaching, Owen plays with a local band.

    Stan graduated with a degree in teaching and has taught music lessons for 5 years. He has performed with many groups around Ford Creek including shows at the Ford Creek Theater.

    Michelle began teaching at 16 years old and has a Bachelor's degree in Classical Guitar Performance.
